Do you have hip pain when performing your squats?

You may have hip impingement.

Hip impingement, also known as femoral acetabular impingement (FAI), occurs as a result of abnormal contact between the hip joint and the cartilage around the hip joint, known as the “labrum”.

Symptoms of FAI include a painful pinching sensation located at the front or inner groin region, and is sometimes accompanied by clicking and stiffness.
